1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Credgy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Services

Credgy provides loan management and analysis features. Available features include free tools and optional paid Credgy Pro functionality, such as credit report import, AI Financial Advisor, advanced loan insights, and personalized recommendations. Credgy is not a bank, lender, or credit bureau, and does not issue loans.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and login methods secure.
• You must use the app in compliance with applicable law.

4. Credit Report Import Authorization

Credit report retrieval occurs only when you actively request it and provide explicit consent in the app. By using this feature, you authorize Credgy to request your credit report through authorized service providers, including Bulkpe and the applicable bureau source (currently CRIF High Mark). Retrieval is never automatic, and additional providers may be supported in the future.

5. AI Financial Advisor Disclaimer

AI Financial Advisor responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. AI outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and should not be treated as a guarantee of outcomes. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and should verify important information independently.

6. Subscription Terms (Credgy Pro)

• Credgy Pro is offered as a paid subscription, including monthly and/or yearly plans.
• Plan features may evolve over time as services are updated.
• Subscription renewal and billing are handled according to the purchase platform rules.
• Where applicable, cancellation must be managed through the relevant app store account.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Credgy systems.
• Do not use Credgy for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit proprietary app components except as permitted by law.

8. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
• You should review generated outputs and verify key details before acting.
• You are responsible for decisions made using Credgy outputs, including AI-generated responses.

9. Intellectual Property

Credgy software, content, branding, and related materials are owned by Credgy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Credgy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of outputs, or suitability for a specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credgy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for financial losses resulting from reliance on app content, simulations, credit data, or AI outputs.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services, including free or paid features. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if needed to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
