This Privacy Policy explains how Credgy collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Credgy and Credgy Pro features. Credgy is a loan management and financial insights application. Credgy is not a credit bureau and does not itself issue credit reports.

Credit report import is always user-initiated and never automatic. You must explicitly consent inside the app before any retrieval request is made. Credit report data is obtained through authorized service providers. Our current provider is Bulkpe and our current bureau source is CRIF High Mark. We may add other authorized providers in the future.

After you provide explicit consent, Credgy may retrieve relevant credit report data to provide requested features. This may include credit score, loan accounts, payment history, lender information, outstanding balances, and credit enquiries.

Credgy may use artificial intelligence (AI) services to generate personalized financial insights, answer questions, and analyze loan information. To provide these features, information you choose to share, including loan information and your questions, may be securely processed by trusted AI service providers. AI Financial Advisor responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. AI outputs are for informational and educational purposes only and are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and should verify important information before acting.

7. Subscription and Credgy Pro

Credgy includes free features and optional paid Credgy Pro subscriptions. Credgy Pro may be offered on monthly or yearly plans. Features included in plans may evolve over time. Subscriptions may renew based on the rules of the purchase platform. If you purchase Credgy Pro, payment processing is handled by the applicable payment platform. Where applicable, cancellation is handled through the app store used for purchase.

Credgy does not sell personal information. We share data only when necessary to operate requested services, such as with cloud providers, AI providers, authentication providers, payment processors, and credit report service providers.
